This role focuses on identifying constraints, improving coordination between teams, and strengthening production systems at scale.
What you'll do
- Identify technical bottlenecks across research, inference, and product systems and implement solutions
- Improve orchestration between model, agent, and infrastructure teams
- Contribute hands-on to LLM-powered systems across inference pathways, APIs, and service architecture
- Strengthen product-facing infrastructure including scalability, reliability, and performance
- Drive ambiguous cross-functional problems to resolution
- Raise engineering standards across the organisation
What you'll need
- Senior or staff-level engineering experience in high-bar environments
- Strong systems and product engineering skills with exposure to LLM-based systems
- Experience across inference, research, and production layers
- Ability to influence across teams and unblock progress
- Strong ownership mindset and leadership qualities
- Comfort diagnosing root causes in unfamiliar systems
