Alex has spent the last decade recruiting engineers and researchers across AI, deep tech, and quantitative trading. Since 2015, he’s helped scale teams at ambitious startups and research-driven organisations operating at the frontier.
He’s known for deep market knowledge, long-term relationships built over years, and a disciplined approach to execution (to the point that he has the same morning routine - and the same lunch - every single day).
Outside of work, Alex is usually travelling with his wife, cooking, reading, playing golf, or disappearing down a YouTube rabbit hole.
Sacha began his recruitment career in 2017 and grew from hands-on individual contributor to Partner, combining strong execution with leadership. He’s led searches for some of the world’s top hedge funds and now works closely with founders building Deep Tech and GenAI companies.
His approach is relationship-driven and trust-first, with a healthy intolerance for wasted time.
Before recruitment, Sacha trained in high-end hospitality at the Carlton in Cannes, where he learned that details matter, people matter more, and staying composed under pressure is a real advantage.
Outside of work, you’ll find him hiking, gardening, skiing, playing golf, or spending time with friends and family.
