About
Operators depend on this interface to safely control heavy machines remotely. Poor UX directly impacts performance.
This is an early-stage robotics company building the intelligence layer for industrial machines – forklifts, cranes, excavators and other heavy equipment. The approach is pragmatic: start with remote teleoperation to generate real-world operator data at scale, then train Vision-Language-Action models toward increasing autonomy.
You’ll own the operator console end-to-end, shaping how humans interact with machines as the system scales.
What you'll do
- Build the operator console using React and TypeScript
- Implement real-time video and control interfaces
- Improve UX for high-stakes environments
- Integrate with backend and streaming systems
- Ship end-to-end product features
- Shape product direction as usage grows
What you'll need
- Strong React and TypeScript experience
- Experience with WebRTC or real-time systems
- Full-stack capability
- Strong product sense and ownership
- Ability to work independently
