This role focuses on owning AWS architecture from first-principles design through to production hardening.
What you'll do
- Architect and evolve AWS infrastructure for high-performance AI workloads
- Design secure and scalable cloud environments across IAM, networking, storage, and compute
- Make infrastructure decisions balancing performance, cost, reliability, and maintainability
- Improve observability, reliability, and deployment workflows
- Support enterprise security discussions and articulate architectural trade-offs
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure infrastructure supports product velocity
- What you'll need
- Deep hands-on AWS expertise across core services, networking, IAM, and security best practices
- Experience operating systems at scale
- Strong understanding of infrastructure impact on security and performance
- Ability to clearly explain architectural decisions and rationale
- Comfort designing systems from first principles in ambiguous environments
- Senior-level presence in enterprise-facing discussions
