What you'll do
- Build and improve core product features used daily by IP teams
- Design scalable systems supporting complex document workflows and AI-powered analysis
- Develop intuitive frontend experiences for professional users
- Translate ambiguous legal and technical requirements into maintainable software
- Ship quickly, gather feedback, and iterate weekly
- Own projects end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring
What you'll need
- Strong engineering experience in backend (preferably Python) and/or frontend (TypeScript, React)
- Solid system design fundamentals and experience with complex data models
- High ownership and proven delivery of impactful projects
- Strong academic background in a STEM discipline
- Beneficial: experience with LLMs or AI-powered product features
