You will join the Agent team responsible for building the systems and tooling that enable agents to operate reliably in production environments.
What you'll do
- Build and improve agent logic including planning, tool use, skills, memory, and orchestration
- Work on internal and academic benchmarks to measure and improve agent performance
- Translate research ideas into production-ready systems
- Build and evolve the in-house agent stack
- Partner closely with researchers to ship working agent capabilities
- Own problems end-to-end and iterate rapidly
What you'll need
- Senior-level engineering experience from a high-bar environment
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design skills
- Interest in agentic AI (prior experience helpful but not required)
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
