What you'll do
- Build and improve AI agents that reason over complex technical and legal documents
- Design orchestration layers handling tool integration, context management, and multi-step workflows
- Fine-tune and deploy custom-hosted models for latency-sensitive tasks
- Use foundation models where appropriate for high-quality outputs
- Run structured experiments to improve reasoning quality and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ship production systems
What you'll need
- Strong academic background in a technical discipline
- 2+ years of industry engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, evaluation, and agent architectures
- Strong coding ability and experience shipping production systems
- Research mindset with rigorous experimentation
- PhD welcome but not required
