Meet The Team
Co-Founder
Alex Jouatte
Alex has over a decade of experience hiring for machine learning, tech, and quant trading companies. Since 2015, he’s placed more than 140 engineers and researchers—from deep learning experts to quant devs and founding SWE hires. He brings deep market knowledge, a global network, and a track record of disciplined execution. Promoted to Partner at just 25, Alex was consistently the top performer at his previous firm. Outside work, you’ll find him reading, cooking, travelling with his wife, or chasing his golf ball into the trees—usually not far from Sacha’s.
Co-Founder
Sacha Rinaudo
Sacha began his recruitment journey in 2017 and steadily progressed to Partnership at his previous firm, where he led a team that generated seven-figure revenue in 2023. With a focus on buy-side finance, fintech, and tech startups, Sacha has partnered with top talent and organisations to support their growth. His approach is built on genuine relationships, trust, and a strong sense of professionalism. Before moving into recruitment, Sacha trained in high-end hospitality at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes—an early lesson in service, attention to detail, and people-first thinking. Outside of work, you’re likely to find him hiking, scrapping on a rugby pitch, or tracking down his golf ball through the rough (often right next to Alex’s).
